Eligibility

Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, devices, wallet connections, and activity. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access when we believe it is necessary to protect Grailstreet, users, partners, or the integrity of the service.
Packs, cards, and marketplace activity
Grailstreet may offer packs, reveals, collection tools, sellback options, listings, trades, shipment requests, and other collectible features. Availability, prices, values, odds, fees, limits, and supported actions may change.
Payments, fees, and taxes
You are responsible for charges, fees, taxes, payment method validity, and information needed to process transactions. We may use third-party payment, fraud, identity, and compliance providers.
No investment advice
Grailstreet is for collecting and entertainment. Values may change, liquidity may not be available, and no card, pack, listing, trade, or offer is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
Limits and changes
We may modify, pause, discontinue, restrict, or update any part of Grailstreet, including packs, offers, prices, rules, features, partners, and supported jurisdictions, as permitted by law.
